Collectively bringing over 75 years of experience to the table, the LifetimeLender Team is comprised of three generations of family who concentrate on satisfying the needs of every generation of homeowners. We do what we say we will do —"Our family helping your family."
The LifetimeLender Team historically has been a top-producing group of mortgage professionals dedicated to serving their clients. Over the years, they've built a reputation for integrating their unique skills and experience to accomplish clients' goals and desires. They are a team of individuals yet function as one cohesive unit.
In addition to working together as a family, they enjoy camping together in the summer and taking a winter family vacation to Cabo, which has been a tradition for 25 years!

Ruth Vogt is a highly energetic mortgage professional, well-recognized for her passionate work ethic and results-driven nature. She accepted the opportunity in 2014 to serve as sales manager with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, in Colorado.
She began her lending career in 1972, working with credit unions and personal loans. Starting in the 1980s, she navigated the Savings & Loan days and became a top-producing "forward" (or traditional) mortgage lender. Ruth has decades of experience in management, training, and marketing lending. Ruth now refers to herself as "The Home Sweet Home Retirement Strategist," educating retirees on how to take advantage of homeownership to meet their retirement objectives.

Michelle began her career in the mortgage industry immediately after graduating from high school. She joined the LifetimeLender Team as Jim's processor after graduating from Western State College and continued in that capacity, while also fulfilling the duties of a regional operations manager. Michelle was offered the chance to work as Jim's production associate in 2012. Her strong operations background has made her a invaluable addition to the team's overall strength. Michelle is now the Lead Production Partner for Forward loans since 2018, and because of her dedication to excellance, the team continues to maintain the LifeTimeLender top 10% ranking of loan officer production in the country.

Alex would admit that growing up in a houseful of mortgage lenders did not have her yearning to get into the business in her younger years. Just the opposite! From the eyes of a teen, she only saw long hours and interrupted family dinners. She didn't "get it" until years later when she went into the workforce and focused on customer relations and satisfaction. What could be more rewarding than knowing at the end of every month how many lives you helped enhance by getting them their slice of the American Dream of Homeownership. Alex became a first-time homeowner about 5 years ago. She knows firsthand the stress of buying a home and how important communication is. From the initial requirements review through the closure and financing of the loan, Alex partners with the production team to ensure that clients have an intentionally smooth and enjoyable loan experience.
More than a job...
Being an embodiment of the spirit of giving back, the LifetimeLender Team takes great pleasure raising money for our military and veterans through Fairway’s non-profit, American Warrior Initiative. With the help of Realtors and the local community, they have raised huge sums of money to help local Colorado Springs combat veterans settle back in their civilian lives.
